Families
Is the hotel suitable for children?
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome.
Do you have baby monitoring services?
Yes. Please ask for the monitors on your arrival.
Do you have a Childrens Menu?
Yes. Available upon request.
Do you have High Chairs available?
Yes.
Dogs
Are Dogs welcome?
Dogs are very welcome, we do ask that they are well behaved.
Outdoor Activities
Is there Fishing available at the hotel or nearby?
Yes. We have our own stretch of private fishing on the River Coln, which runs through our hotel grounds.
Are there many walks in the nearby area?
Yes, please ask for a map at Reception.
Special Requests
Can flowers, champagne and chocolates be arranged for that special occasion?
Yes, of course. Please ask when making your booking, we can then arrange for them to be here for your arrival.
Do you have rooms for private lunches or dinners?
Yes. We have the Study, which accommodates up to 12 people or the Conservatory, which accommodates up to 32 people.
Dining
Do you cater for Vegetarians?
Yes. Vegetarian options are always available - please ask. If you are a vegan or have other special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance.
Is your Restaurant very formal?
No. We have the Conservatory and Main Dining Room designed for comfortable and relaxing dining. If you prefer something more informal again, there is there the Bar and Lounge for the light supper or lunch.
Weddings and Meetings
Can you source a photographer, beautician, florist etc for my Wedding?
Yes we can. When we discuss your Wedding, please make all your requirements known and we will put you in touch with the right people.
On our Corportate Training Day we would like extra activities and a large lunch party, is this possible?
Yes. We will need to find out your full requirements during an appointment, then we will be able to finalise your day as you require.
